SIMPLE FLAT-RATE SHIPPING: $10 for orders under $35 / $15 for orders over $35.

Once an order is in the possession of a shipping carrier, BRAISED Bone Broth Company is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track their shipment and retrieve their items promptly upon delivery. Our products are shipped frozen and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.

Q: When should I expect my order if I purchase now?

A: BRAISED Bone Broth is packed and shipped at US Wellness Meats in Canton, MO, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. That means if you place an order after 12 AM Wednesday morning or anytime Thursday-Sunday, your order will be processed on that following Monday.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently anywhere within the continental United States.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: All broth orders will be packed to stay frozen until they arrive at your door. If a slight thaw has occurred it is still perfectly safe to put them back into your freezer upon arrival. Shipments will be sent via ground / express FedEx services.

Q: Do you have a minimum purchase order?

A: Not at this time. All orders under $35 will be charged $10 flat-rate shipping.

Q: Will your shipping program ever change?

A: We are learning a lot about shipping frozen goods across the country. While we believe our $10 & $15 flat-rate shipping program is the best we've seen in our industry, the shipping of perishable food is always evolving. One change to expect very soon is FREE Shipping for all auto-ship / subscription customers! Stay tuned.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We understand that things come up. Contact us at hello@braisedbonebroth.com to discuss your order and any changes/cancellations you need to make. As long as your order has not yet been processed for fulfillment, we can cancel or make changes with no problem. However, orders made on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday can only be changed or cancelled up until midnight that same day since shipments are processed and packed on Mon-Wed. 

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: We do not accept returns on our perishable food products, but we will issue a credit for products that are damaged en route to their destination or you are not completely satisfied for any reason. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Damaged product item description
  3. Condition of damaged product upon arrival, a picture if available (to help us learn how to better package our products)
  4. Date and time package was received

Q: What are the fine-print terms and conditions?

A: It is our primary priority to conduct conscious ethical business practices and to provide you with the best possible experience as an online consumer. A summary of the fine print below simply asks the same of you: use a valid credit card, understand your risk of loss as an online customer, track your order to receive it in time to put it into proper cold storage. That’s it. Please and thank you.

Payments for orders may be placed online through our website’s secure check out authorized credit card authorizer, Swipe. All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon BRAISED Bone Broth Company’s delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

BRAISED Bone Broth Company will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try our best to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event that such an order is processed, BRAISED Bone Broth Company reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. You shall be responsible and liable for any costs, including attorneys’ costs, that BRAISED Bone Broth may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the BRAISED Bone Broth website is subject to limits established by BRAISED Bone Broth Company and/or by your credit card issuer.

BRAISED Bone Broth Company Customer Agreement: This Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and by-Brown, LLC, (dba BRAISED Bone Broth Company) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive orders from BRAISED Bone Broth, including processing and delivery of product orders. Your use of the BRAISED Bone Broth website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth above. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, please do not use our website to order your broth.
